  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup mung bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Make It

Add 1/3 cup of the bean sprouts and cook 1 to 2 minutes, until noodles are tender and beef is heated through. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water if mixture is too dry. Transfer to a serving platter and top with remaining 1/3 cup sprouts and peanuts. Serve with lime wedges.
