  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Arrange 22 sugar cookie dough pieces and 22 peanut butter dough pieces 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Shape 44 1/4-inch balls from remaining sugar cookie dough pieces and 44 1/4-inch balls from remaining peanut butter dough pieces. Arrange 2, 1/4-inch sugar cookie dough balls for eyes on each peanut butter dough piece on cookie sheets, and 2, 1/4-inch peanut butter dough balls for eyes on each sugar cookie dough piece on cookie sheets. Add dried fruit or miniature semisweet chocolate pieces to eyes and add nuts for beaks. Press all in lightly.
