Orange-Vanilla Cheesecake Creme

  • 1 8 ounce package Neufachatel cheese (sometimes sold as lower-fat cream cheese)
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh berries of your choice

Make It

1. In a food processor, blend cheese, orange zest, orange juice, honey and vanilla until smooth.

2. Divide berries among four bowls and top each with a dollop of the creme.
