  • Cut orange in half. Place 1 half, cut side down, on a cutting board. Using a knife, remove and discard rind and white pith. Cut orange half into 1/4-inch dice.

  • Spoon 1/3 cup yogurt into a medium jar or bowl. Squeeze a small amount of orange juice from remaining orange half over yogurt. Top with half of the diced orange and 1 tablespoon crushed coconut chips. Add an additional 1/3 cup yogurt, and squeeze remaining orange juice from orange half over yogurt. Add remaining diced orange; top with crushed granola bar and an additional 1 tablespoon crushed coconut chips.
