  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, combine sugars and butter. Beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.

  • Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Stir in oats and raisins.

  • Drop dough by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.

  • Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until edges are light golden brown. Cool for 1 minute. Remove and let cool on a wire rack. Repeat with the remaining dough.
