Greek yogurt and nut butter combine for a sweet protein-packed vegetarian snack. This would also be a delicious topping for a bowl of berries!
1. Combine 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup almond or peanut butter, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, and 1/8 tsp. cinnamon. Serve half with baby carrots and apple wedges. Refrigerate remaining dip for up to three days.
