1. Prepare your grill for cooking over medium-high heat.
2. Place all the spices in a large ziplock bag and shake together. Add the oil and knead to blend. Add the chicken, then turn and knead the bag to coat the meat. Thread each tender onto a bamboo skewer.
3. Generously oil the grill grates. Grill the chicken until it's no longer pink, about 4 minutes per side.
