Minty Peas with Yogurt

To extend the shelf life of fresh mint, cut off the bottom inch or so of stem, and refrigerate it in a glass of water, making sure the leaves aren't submerged. Change the water every day or so.

  • 1 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas (6 ounces), thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

1. Place the yogurt, peas, and mint in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency for baby.
