  • 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Millet Sunflower Chip
  • 1 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup millet
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips

Master Whole Wheat Recipe

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees . Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick foil. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, wheat germ, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and oil. Add other ingredients as directed below.

2. Add 1 cup coconut palm sugar, 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup oil and 1 tsp vanilla extract to wet ingredients. Once blended, fold in 1/2 cup each millet, sunflower seeds and miniature chocolate chips. Transfer to prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
