Heat oven to 350°. Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick foil. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, wheat germ, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and oil. Add other ingredients as directed below.
Add 1 cup coconut palm sugar, 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup oil and 1 tsp vanilla extract to wet ingredients. Once blended, fold in 1/2 cup each millet, sunflower seeds and miniature chocolate chips. Transfer to prepared pan and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
