Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed dark-brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1/2 cup dark rum
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Make It

1. Combine all ingredients in medium-size saucepan. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 minutes or until thickened, whisking to make smooth. (Refrigerate, covered, for up to 2 days.)
