- 24 ounces (6 cups) unsweetened frozen mango chunks
- 3 cups refrigerated coconut milk beverage or coconut water
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Coconut rum or coconut tequila (optional)
1. Place the frozen mango, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Blend in batches if necessary.
