  • 24 ounces (6 cups) unsweetened frozen mango chunks
  • 3 cups refrigerated coconut milk beverage or coconut water
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Coconut rum or coconut tequila (optional)

Make It

1. Place the frozen mango, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Blend in batches if necessary.
