1. Cut the marshmallows in half crosswise. Using a small cookie cutter, cut the marshmallow halves into heart shapes.
2. Place milk and white chocolate chips in a small pot set over medium heat. Once the milk starts to warm, begin whisking and continue until the milk is hot and the chocolate is melted.
3. Stir in strawberry syrup and food coloring. Divide pink hot chocolate into two mugs. Top each with two marshmallow hearts. Serve with a note that says, "You warm my heart!"
