  • In a small bowl stir together the milk and orange juice (mixture will curdle). Pour into 4 3-ounce paper cups. Cover with foil, make a slit in the foil with a knife and insert a toddler-size spoon. Freeze until firm, 1 to 2 hours. Remove from freezer; uncover. Fill with carrot juice. Cover and freeze until firm, 2 to 3 hours. Peel away paper when ready to eat.
