Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, substituting an equal amount of milk for water. Tint batter pink with food coloring. Pour half the batter into an 8-inch square pan. (Bake remaining batter in two muffin tins to make 12 pink cupcakes for the kids to take to school.) Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Transfer pan to wire rack and cool 10 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool completely.
Cut circles of cake the same diameter as parfait glasses. Alternate cake, sorbet, and ice-cream layers.
Top with whipped cream, raspberries, and sugar crystals.
