1. Coat a 10-inch shallow baking pan with nonstick spray. In a bowl, combine melted butter and vanilla extract.
2. In a food processor, whirl sugar, blanched almonds and flour until ground.
3. In a large bowl, beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Whisk in flour mixture, then butter. Spread into pan. Sprinkle with red raspberries or a mix of red and golden.
4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden.
