Angelic Ice-Cream Cake

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag of frozen cherries
  • 1 pint vanilla-fudge ice cream
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)

Make It

1. Slice angel food cake in half horizontally. Pour half the syrup from frozen cherries on top of the bottom half.

2. Scoop one pint of vanilla-fudge ice cream onto cut cake. Top with remaining cake-half.

3. Spoon on the cherries and remaining syrup. Drizzle with chocolate sauce, if desired. Slice with a serrated knife, then serve immediately.
