- 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh rosemary
1. Heat broiler (see Kitchen Tip). Brush chops with oil.
2. Combine rosemary, salt, and pepper, and sprinkle on both sides of meat. Broil 4 minutes; turn, broil 4 minutes more.
- When broiling, place oven rack 4 inches from heat source.
