Easy Strawberry Preserves
Yield: about 4 cups Prep 10 mins Cook 45 mins


  • 3 pounds strawberries, washed and quartered
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Make It

1. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium, and boil gently for 45 minutes. Store in an airtight container, and keep in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
