Make It

1. Combine 1/2 cup cooked cold pasta, 2 oz. chopped cooked chicken or turkey, 4 grape tomatoes, sliced, 2 mini mozzarella balls sliced, 1 Tbs. olive oil, and 1 Tbs. chopped basil (optional). Season with salt and pepper. Double the recipe, if desired.
