Place scoops (about 2 tablespoons each) of assorted flavored sorbets on a baking sheet. Refreeze 2 hours. To decorate glass rims: With a new, fine-tipped brush, paint thin line of corn syrup around top edge of tall glasses. Dip edges in assorted colored sugars. Let stand until set, about 15 minutes. Spoon frozen scoops into glasses; add fruit and mint to garnish.
