Caramel Apples

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 2 peeled, cored, sliced apples
  • 2 tablespoons light-brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Vanilla ice cream

Make It

1. Heat butter in saucepan over low heat. Add apples; cook, covered, 7 to 9 minutes or until tender. With slotted spoon, remove apples from pan. Add sugar, cinnamon and apple juice concentrate. Cook 4 minutes. Add milk and apples; heat through. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
