Honey-Peach Smoothie

Honey-Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 2/3 cup reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/3 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Make It

1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender, starting with the milk. Cover and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
