  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Stir together honey, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, and almond extract, if using, in a small bowl.

  • Put ham in a large, shallow roasting pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste ham with honey mixture and return to oven. Set aside remaining honey mixture.

  • Continue baking ham, basting occasionally, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of the ham registers 140°F, about 45 minutes more. Spoon any remaining glaze into a small bowl and serve with ham.
