- 16 slices dark pumpernickel bread (such as Pepperidge Farm)
- 1 cup roasted red pepper hummus
1. Stack 2 slices of bread. Using a house-shaped cookie cutter or bread knife, cut the bread. Reserve the trimmings. Remove the top slice of bread. Using the knife or cookie cutters, cut out windows and a door from the top slice of bread. Using the bread trimmings, cut doorknobs.
2. Spread 2 Tbs. hummus on the bottom slice of bread. Place the top slice over the hummus. Press in the doorknob. Repeat with the remaining bread slices and hummus.
