Ingredients

  • Dijon mustard
  • 1 slice deli ham
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 mini dill pickle
  • 1 slice roasted red bell pepper
  • Baby spinach leaves

Make It

1. Spread Dijon mustard on a slice of deli ham, then layer on a slice of Swiss cheese, half a mini dill pickle, a slice of roasted red bell pepper, and several baby spinach leaves. Starting at one end, roll up the stack. Insert two toothpicks to hold it together, then use a sharp knife to cut the roll-up in half.
