  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk flours, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl. Add cheese, zucchini, ham, and chives and combine, coating ingredients with flour mixture evenly.

  • Whisk together milk, yogurt, eggs, and olive oil in a medium bowl. Pour over flour mixture and stir just until combined.

  • Pour into a greased 9-x5-inch loaf pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Let cool completely. Store in the refrigerator up to four days. Toast slices before serving. Top with whipped cream cheese, if desired.
