Great Guac


  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Make It

1. Cut avocados in half by running a sharp knife through the stem end and around the large pit. Twist the halves to separate them. Use a spoon to scoop out the pit, then scrape the flesh out into a flat-bottomed bowl and mash.

2. Stir in the lime juice, cilantro, red onion, and kosher salt. Taste and adjust with more salt or lime juice if needed.
