  • Place 1/2 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut in a zip-topped bag. Add 1/2 tsp. green gel food coloring, seal the bag, and massage to evenly coat the coconut green. Melt 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips. Dip 15 Pepperidge Farms Milano or NutterButter cookies halfway into melted chocolate. Gently tap off the excess and transfer to a piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle with the green coconut straight from the bag. Press in potato sticks for toes and let chocolate set. Serve on a bed of crushed chocolate cookie crumbs.
