1. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water in small bowl, about 5 minutes.
2. Cut peel from oranges, removing all bitter white pith. Divide into sections; remove and discard membranes and seeds. Finely chop sections.
3. Combine the oranges, pineapple, grape, apple and orange juice concentrates and pectin in medium-size, nonreactive saucepan. Bring to boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Cover; refrigerate for at least 24 hours before using.
4. Spoon into sterilized glass jars. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
