One-Minute Fish Sauce
Yield: about 1 cup


  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup crushed pineapple

Make It

1. In blender, puree orange marmalade, cream of coconut, and fresh lime juice. Transfer to bowl, and stir in crushed pineapple. Refrigerate until ready to use.
