1. In a double boiler or a medium saucepan over very low heat, melt the Hersheys chocolate pieces making sure to stir often.
2. Add heavy cream and whisk well to fully incorporate.
3. Pour melted chocolate into a fondue pot, or any serving bowl.
4. Skewer your favorite fruit and dunk away. If using a regular bowl to serve the chocolate, microwave for 10-15 seconds as necessary to re-heat. Makes 8 servings.
