In a double boiler or a medium saucepan over very low heat, melt the Hersheys chocolate pieces making sure to stir often.
Add heavy cream and whisk well to fully incorporate.
Pour melted chocolate into a fondue pot, or any serving bowl.
Skewer your favorite fruit and dunk away. If using a regular bowl to serve the chocolate, microwave for 10-15 seconds as necessary to re-heat. Makes 8 servings.
