Fruit Daiquiris

Ingredients

Mixed Berry Daiquiris:
  • 1 container (6 ounces) raspberries
  • 1 container (6 ounces) blackberries
  • Strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 ounces rum
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice (or to taste)
Mango Daiquiris:
  • 1 mango, unpeeled
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 - 4 ounces rum
  • 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice (or to taste)

Make It

For Mixed Berry Daiquiris:

1. Clean raspberries and blackberries. Add enough cleaned and chopped strawberries to equal 3 cups. Puree in blender. Push through fine mesh strainer; you should have 2 cups. Return to blender with lime juice, rum and superfine sugar. Blend until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend.

For Mango Daiquiris:

2. Slice mango from stem end to bottom, parallel to flat seed on either side; cut down to but not through skin of each slice in a cross-hatch pattern. Push skin side up and out; cut cubes off. In blender, combine cubed mango, lime juice, rum and superfine sugar. Blend until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend.
