- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

1. Combine cranberries, pineapple chunks, sugar, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice and salt in food processor. Pulse until evenly chopped and serve.
