Avocado Banana Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 ripe avocado, halved, seeded, peeled, and cut up
  • 1/4 cup water or formula

Make It

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor and puree until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.

Variation

  • Avocado and banana also make for a great smoothie for toddlers. Add in 1/2 cup of yogurt and puree until drinkable consistency.
