Chocolate Ganache Frosting and Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Make It

1. Bring cream to boiling in saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until smooth, then vanilla.

2. Pour half into small bowl; refrigerate until good spreading consistency, about 2 hours. Cover remaining half; let stand at room temperature to use as glaze.
