  • 1 box (1 pound) 10X (confectioners) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 3 tablespoons half-and-half

Make It

1. Beat together 10X sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon extract and half-and-half in a large bowl with electric mixer at medium-low speed until smooth and creamy.

2. Spread the frosting evenly over the tops and sides of cakes or cupcakes.
