- 1/3 pound thinly-sliced French or other good quality ham
- 20 Cornichons
1. Lay the slices of bread on a clean work surface. Cut the slices of ham in half or thirds as needed to fit nicely on the bread in two or three layers, then top each slice of bread with ham.
2. Cut the cornichons in half lengthwise and top each crostini with two halves of cornichon to serve.
