Ingredients

  • 2 cups shelled edameme
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil (like canola)
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Blue corn chips or rice crackers, for serving

Make It

1. Combine edamame, soy sauce, sesame oil, neutral oil, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and garlic clove in a food processor, adding a little water if necessary. Garnish with black sesame seeds and serve with blue corn chips, rice crackers, and more.
