Poached Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar (helps keep egg white together)
  • 4 large eggs

Make It

1. Half-fill a 10-inch nonstick skillet with water; add the vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium to medium-high heat.

2. Crack one of the eggs into a measuring cup or small bowl and carefully drop into simmering water. Repeat with all eggs. Cook 4 minutes, until whites are firm but yolks are still soft. Remove with a slotted spoon.
