Herbed Egg Salad
Yield: 12 sandwiches


  • 24 slices firm white bread
  • Low-fat garlic-and-herb cheese
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • Thin tomato slices
  • Leaf lettuce

Make It

1. Remove crusts from bread. Spread with garlic-and-herb cheese. Thinly slice hard-cooked eggs; arrange on 12 slices of bread. Layer with tomato and/or lettuce. Top with remaining bread. Slice in half.
