Chicken Broccoli Quiche

These easy cheesy quiches take only minutes to mix up and pour into prepared pie shells.

Chicken Broccoli Quiche
Servings: 12 Yield: 2 quiches (6 servings each) Bake 30 mins to 35 mins 450 degrees F/350 degrees F

Ingredients

  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs
  • cayenne pepper
  • 1 10 ounce box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 frozen 9-inch pie shells

Make It

1. Combine soup, milk, eggs and pepper in bowl. Divide broccoli and Cheddar cheese between pie shells. Divide egg mixture between shells. Bake in 450 degrees F oven 10 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until set.
