Cheddar & Pepperoni Quiche

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 9-inch frozen piecrust (not thawed)
  • 4 ounces cheddar-pepperoni cheese, shredded
  • 1 jar (4.5 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained

Make It

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In bowl, mix milk, eggs, 1/4 teaspoon each salt, pepper; brush 1 tablespoon mixture over crust; top with cheese, mushrooms. Pour remaining mixture into crust.

2. Bake on lower rack in 400 degrees F oven for 30 to 33 minutes.
