Place chocolate in a small microwave-safe dish. Microwave 20 to 30 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, or until melted. To assemble each treat, dip the rim of each cone in the melted chocolate and place a créme egg on top. Working with one cone at a time, spoon a bit of melted chocolate over the egg. If needed, use the tip of the spoon to gently spread the chocolate down the sides. Add sprinkles and a cherry candy, then let stand until chocolate hardens.
