  • Heat 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil in a medium saucepan. Whisk in 2 tbsp all-purpose flour. Whisk in 2 cups turkey broth until smooth (chicken broth can be substituted). Simmer, whisking occasionally, for 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
