  • 1 quart apple cider (4 cups)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch ground allspice
  • Apple brandy, optional
  • Cinnamon sticks, optional

Make It

1. Combine apple cider, ginger and allspice in a medium-size saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm, about 5 minutes. Divide among four mugs. Add 1-1/2 ounces apple brandy to each serving, if desired. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
