Peach Parfait

Blended peaches are layered with fresh raspberries to make this sweet snack or dessert.

Peach Parfait

  • 1 cup fresh sliced peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat or fat-free milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Make It

1. Mix peaches, milk, and almond extract in a blender until smooth. Mash raspberries with a fork. Layer milk mixture and raspberries in two glasses.
