- 3 juicing oranges
- 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons sugar
1. Slice the peel and white pith from the oranges. Combine with remaining ingredients in blender until fairly smooth and oranges are pureed. Add two cups of ice and continue to blend. Pour into 4 tall glasses.
