Combine the apple cider, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice and allspice in large nonreactive saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place wire sieve over large bowl. Carefully strain the apple cider mixture through the sieve into the bowl. Remove allspice and discard.
Carefully pour the warm wassail into large heatproof pitcher. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and apple rings, if desired. Serve warm. Makes 16 servings (about 3 quarts)
