  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups sweet white vermouth
  • sprigs of fresh tarragon for garnish

Make It

For masterful mixology:

1. Chill 12 glasses.

2. In blender, puree pineapple and vermouth. Process until smooth and pour over ice into chilled glasses. Toss in sprigs of fresh tarragon for garnish.
