- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1 pint strawberries, washed and hulled
- 5 cups water
1. Combine sugar, lemon juice and strawberries in food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.
2. Strain through fine sieve into large pitcher or Thermos. Add water; stir well. Chill until serving.
